What are people hoping to get out of road bike with TT bar fit? My primary purpose is to get a good fit for road cycling, but if Aidan will also do measurements for the TT setup then that might be useful. I would be surprised if he would fit two different positions for the 85 euro, given that its 85 for one setup on a TT bike, but let me know what he says anyway and i'll decide from there.
Thanks

Hi Conal - you get 60 minutes in total. 30 mins pre-check to get measured up and go through your flexibility, medical history with physio. Then 30mins on the bike on a turbo getting measured and shoes/cleats fitted. So slightly less time than individual session but it's sufficient and feedback is positive on Aidan doing club sessions, so I think it's value for money. I'm confirming price/time of road bike with TT bars. I'm also checking if he could do the Sunday morning for the 3-4 people on waiting list. David Perfect, David. Wasn't sure if it had been reduced to 30 or not. That's a good deal alright. Conal

Cost confirmed as €85 for road bike with tri bars and it takes 75mins (same as TT bike setup). €70 for road bike only (60 mins). Conal/Keith - can you confirm in spreadsheet which option you want? Ben/Arron/Philip/Eoin - please complete spreadsheet
For those on waiting list (Niall/Brendan/Rory), Aidan will get you fitted one evening or weekend day in March for same price. This is limited offer, so I'll check his availability and contact you directly. We may organise another full day with Aidan later in 2016 so everybody else can avail of that if interested.

Hi David,
Sorry but I'm not clear on what's involved with road bike/TT bar setup. Does he just set you for TT position on road bike or does he give you measurements both for standard road position ant TT position? I imagine the set up for both would be considerably different
Thanks again Keith

You get setup for 1 position: road bike (no tri bars) or road bike with tri bars. They are different setups, correct so depends what you're looking for. I'm in the same boat, thinking I'll get setup for road bike no bars, as that's what I spend 90% of my time on the bike doing out training.

Update: road bikes with tri bars CAN be fitted by Aidan in both standard and tri-bar setup on the day. So I've allocated everyone with a road bike the 75 min slot - please let me know if you won't bring tri-bars and I'll reduce your slot to 60mins (as we're tight on time). I've also confirmed with Aidan the 6 people on the waiting list can get fitted on a separate date for the same price. I'll email details.
If there's interest, we may organise another club bike fitting day later in the year.
