As has become tradition, we will be heading to Wilde & Greene in Milltown post UCD swim for breakfast on the Bank Holiday Monday to cheer on the Dublin marathoners. We will be gathering in Miltown from 9.30/10am onwards and all are welcome to join us.
Four Belparkers are confirmed as running in 2014: Watch out for Helen French, Rebecca Byrne, Threse Hanley -who I think will all be wearing the distinctive green Rathfarnham singlet. Keith "This is further then I have cycled" Bell will also be running - Keith can you advice what you plan on wearing so we can be sure to spot you.
Is anyone else running??
There is also likely to be other triathletes from Wicklow Tri, Pulse & Piranha, and members of Rathfarnham AC running so it would be good to give them all lots of support from Belpark as they pass through Miltown.
Post below if you attend coming for breakfast or if you have any words of encouragement for the Belpark marathoners!!!

I won't be swimming but Joe and I will come along to Wilde & Greene for breakfast and cheering. We'll do what we can to get there early and grab a good table. Haven't been there before.

Good luck everybody. I'll be out on the course in a few places stocked up with Zero Tabs, Jelly Babies and High Five Gels. If you're struggling, come over and help yourself!

Thanks to all the Belparkers for their support today.. Amazing support on the course at milltown and RDS ( thanks Shane!). Apologies to those I didn't get to acknowledge but most likely I heard you!! The support is so important and I appreciated it greatly - it just lifts you and gives you a ( temporary) energy. I cannot recommend DCM highly enough for anyone who wants to do a marathon. The support throughout is amazing!
