Some nice recipes on that website - I'm not into Paleo myself, life is too short to live without dairy or pasta - but I could be persuaded into trying some of them.

There are several food items that I'd be reluctant to part with soya milk being top of the list. But if you're not too doctrinaire about the whole thing it's a great way to cut down on sugar (especially the processed kinds) and processed foods.

Nothing wrong with non GMO organic soya milk
Paleo is nice way of eating, bit strict sometimes (I love rice, dairy and beans!!!)
