Hi All, As per previous years we will be running a weekend camp in Dublin aimed at competitive National Series and Cat 1 athletes. This year the Camp will be run over the Easter Weekend (Saturday and Sunday). The itinerary for the camp is a work in progress but the general idea is that we will aim to have sessions that inform you how to train better and smarter (as opposed to bunch of hard sessions!). The (very preliminary!!) itinerary may include: - Open Water Race Strategy and Skills (in the pool...don't worry!) - Transition Practice - Nutrition - Strength and Conditioning / injury prevention / muscular maintenance Should the camp be over subscribed priority will be given to higher preforming athletes. We aim to have equal male and female representation. Please fill in this survey to register your interest: www.surveymonkey.com/r/DP8ZXX7PS: Although this camp is aimed at the clubs competitive athletes, if this camp interests you, please fill out the survey regardless of how good you believe you are. We will only turn people away if we are over subscribed!! Similarly if the National Series or Cat 1 is not your primary goal this camp may still be of interest. As always any questions to Arron or I. In particular if there is something specific you would like to see covered over the weekend drop us a line. Ben: Mens.Captain@Belparktri.ie Arron: Ladies.Captain@Belparktri.ie

Like a good music festival we are going to drip feed you the acts for the weekend as we arrange them to keep things excitingโฆ
So the headliners are as follows:
Paul Donovan โ Swim Coach
Paul has an impressive coaching CV that includes coaching Bryan Keane through his ITU season in the run up to the Olympics in Rio. Paul will deliver a talk and a pool session based around open water skills.
Aoife Lynch โ Dietary Consular and Wellness Coach
Aoife is multi time Triathlon National Championship over a range of distances. Aoife will deliver a talk on fueling your body and mind to get the most out of the season ahead (if your lucky she might even bring some food samples!).
The rest of the itinerary is still a work in progress but register your interest via the 2 minute survey above, still plenty of space left. Like wise if there is anything specific you want to see covered please let Arron and I know.

Hi Guys,
We are having a small issue with the surveys. Could I ask that you drop me an email once you filled out the survey. This applies to those who have already filled it out.
Thanks and apologies for the inconvenience.
