Novice and New to Tri group will be led by myself and Conal Markey Improver group will be led by Naomi Gilker Intermediate group will be led by Helen French As always you will find all the info on our group spins hereIf you have any questions or are unsure about what group you should join either send me a message here or email me on training@belparktri.ie Remember to post if attending, please let us know what group you plan to go with Thanks Ian

Thanks Ian.
The route for the improver group will depend on the weather tomorrow. Please do come prepared with some nutrition (drink & snack), and check tyres etc before heading out.
A few weeks ago it looked like crap weather for our improver-spin, but we ended up having pretty decent conditions so fingers crossed for the same tomorrow!

since so much effort was put into guilting naomi to lead the improvers it would be rude to send her off solo. i'll be along.

Intermediate route will be Tallaght/Saggart/Newcastle/Celbridge/Clane/Naas/Kilteel/Rathcoole which is c 80km- bring a rainjacket and full gloves.. even if it is mild, any rain will still take its toll on the fingers!

Ian I thought you said the weather would be lovely?!... Thanks for the spin Naomi, and Nigel for your mechanics! Don't draw attention to my lies Sarah, I've a lot more empty promises to make to ensure a full roster through the season

I can only speak to the improver group, but well done everyone! That was a wet and windy slog, but the sun did come out for us ... by the time we were finishing. Sigh. Great communicating and sticking to an "improver" pace. That will be a good route to re-do on a nice, sunny day. I'm happy to report that the piece of Sue's homemade-bananda bread that was in my pocket survived and is delish

Well done everyone who showed up for the novice, improver and intermediate spin... And we're not deterred by the weather. Look on it as a great strength training session.
