Hi All
Late notice but we will be running the hill repeats session from the training plans tomorrow evening at 7pm.
Session is as follows,
8-10 min warm up in z1 or 2
7min hill repeats roll down to start as recov repeat x5 first 2 @thres pace last 3 @vo2 or all out pace if doing in group wait for all group to be down to start each rep
finish remainder in z1/2
