If not I might go anyway if anyone wants to join me at 6.30 Hi Laura, No hills tonight, the Tuesday session rotates each week between hills, Bric session threshold and recovery. This week is a 90 min threshold session: 10min warm up in z1/2 15/16/17 z4 recov on all 5' finish remainder in z1/2 The sessions can be found in the training peak plans Conal sends out. Regards Frank
