Alex, there is no official support crew but we should probably arrange a Belpark cheering area.

Hi Declan, I am planning on bringing Belpark flags etc and commandeering a similar position to where Katherine picked last year near the finish line from 11am. The flags will make it easy to spot and find the Belpark support crew. Can any members who are planning on coming along to support post up here and if anyone wants to bring some goodies, I am sure they will be welcomed by the Belpark competitors! I have some goodies kindly donated by Ellen, Nikki and Lisa from the Cycle Around Ireland fundraiser on Sunday.

Hi Helen, I'll be there! I'm volunteering in T1 until 10am, but I'll head over to the park after that. I'll also try and bake something, but I must say, I am not the most gifted baker, so I hope the famished finishers won't be cake connoisseurs

thanks again for organising this Declan, it was a lovely evening Plus One was totally won over by everyone's friendliness and can't wait to join the club for 2017. Woohoo! Oh and I just read the bit about the 70.3 in the Irish Times: the guy mentioned the BBQ in the park and how it was tough to run past it again and again hahaha!
