In keeping with the overall plan, this week is a recovery phase on the training schedule.
To maintain the low intensity theme, tonight's session will change from the scheduled set of intervals to an easy 25 minute run followed by technique work. The session will finish off with 10x100m efforts off a jog back recovery.

For the beginners group, the session next week is 8 x 2 mins at a steady effort off a 1 min recovery. See you all Thursday Emmett
