Hi Rob,
This looks great - looking forward to it. Saw the adgenda but wondering whether we can get sight of the expected run / bike distances for the day (especially bike). Thinking if it's one loop from the Pheonix Pk of the bike course its going to be something like 50-60km. Trying to schedule my long bike this week and whether this will cover it.....
Cheers!
Andrew

Anyone know where you can get the Powerbar energy bars/gels etc. I usually use the kinetica stuff and have had no problems with them but would like to try the powerbar stuff before the event.

Rob
I have paid up for Saturday's training for Dublin 70.3. However, I'm a bit nervous that I will not be able to keep up with the others. Any idea what the pace or level for the cycle will be? Would welcome a chance to get in contact with Liam before Saturday if that would be possible??
Thanks
S

Thanks S HI Spongebob if you look into the mail everyone received there is Liams E-mails in there, don't think the pace will be too crazy anyway, it's not a race it's about figuring out the Course ;o)
