How hilly is the run course used in Deerpark? Happy with my recovery, but don't want to aggravate things with running downhill too much.

more rolling than hilly. no particularly knee-jarring descents, just one noticeable stretch you'd call "uphill" when going around clockwise.

Hi, I see from the homepage today that the run training is shown in UCD this evening. Is this correct or should it say Deerpark? Paul

Hi Guys
I'm interested in joining you guys for the run training on Thursday, but I'm just curious about the distance and the pace you guys are going to be doing.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Philip

The run training sessions are in the coaches area in the members section on the website. Pace is relative to the pace chart that can be found there also so the training caters for all abilities/speeds!

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Regards Philip Hi Philip, It caters for every level and is generally based off your lactate and aerobic thresholds. If you don't know what they are, then all the information is in the Training area, here: www.belparktri.ie/training-material/If you go to the run training section and look for the pace chart you will find what you need. But you can just as easily arrive on the night and Emmet will be more than happy to help out. Cheers Conal
