Hi All,
We will be holding an open water session with Guillermo Lopez, at Seapoint, this Sunday at 7.30pm.
Guillermo is one of the club's strongest swimmers and has spent a lot of time coaching open water techniques in his old club in Spain. The focus of this session will be on learning to deal with OW starts and swimming around and over people racing beside you. Along with that he will deal with heads-up swimming, sighting for buoys and all the usual things you need to have a good swim in your next race.
The session is open to all swimmer levels and will be invaluable if you are just starting out in Triathlons. It would also be good if we can get some experienced swimmers so that we can use a buddy system.
Thanks - hope to see you all on Sunday.
Conal
