Anyone bringing the troops to Hook or by Crook ?

I've just registered for the Club Champs and I was wondering about the Hotel & BBQ ... Is this intended just for Club Members? And do we make our own arrangements in terms of accommodation?

Reason I'm asking is because my other half and the kids will love to come along to cheer during the race so.
