Thanks for organising the talk! I appreciated the fact that the main focus of Beth's approach was athlete's health and performance. I guess we all know we should base our diet around whole unprocessed foods with focus on variety. Was nice to see that regardless the latest trends, the holistic approach is still the favourite in eyes of the science.
