It was as follows: 200 Warm up
Drills with Fins: 100 Reach and Glide 100 Fists 100 Reach and Glide 100 Zip Up
Main Set: 4x50m - 20 secs rest 2x100m - 20 secs rest 1x200m - 30 secs rest 1x200m - 30 secs rest 2x100m - 20 secs rest 5x50m- 20 secs rest
200 warm down, focussing on body position and stroke.
