Store bough cereal are a no no... go for good old fashioned oats/quinoa flakes and add whatever you like (hemp seeds, flax, goji berries, raisins, nuts/seeds, protein, cocoa, maca) and fruit of your liking Tasty, full of energy for all the athlete out there... and now I'm hungry
