Hello all,
Rory "Rocky" O'Donovan who led last years S&C class in De La Salle Churchtown has offered to put on a free class next Sunday @10am in de la salle for all Belpark members. If people like it and would like to do more you can sign up directly with him for further classes. He is also offering a special Belpark price of 1hr personal training for 3 people at 15€ each.
To claim one of the free places on Sunday just confirm on this forum, first come first served.
