My bike knowledge is not up to scratch, so question, I have the Felt 3TTR wheels and the cassette is a Shimano 11/25 , can I replace that cassette that has one Cog more ?

Do you mean 11 rather than 10? Possibly but more importantly can your shifters and derailleur handle the extra gear. If you are looking for an easier gear you could go 11-28 ten speed - is that what you mean?

Hi Chris, I actually want to move those wheels between 2 different bikes, the felt bike has 10 Cogs the road bike has 11 cogs

In that case you can swap the cassettes - the wheels appear to be 11 speed compatible - you just need to remove the spacer. Presuming the wheels are not that old I think pre 2013 won't take 11 speed
