Hi everyone, you may have noticed today that the website was down from about 2:00 on. I won't go into details other than to say the hosting company cost me a lot of time this afternoon getting it all working again. Unfortunately I had to perform a complete restoration of the system from midnight of the 18th. So any bookings you made yesterday or today have been lost. I will try to manually go through and recreate them all from the emails I get, but if you made bookings yesterday or today, can you please let me know.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused. I'll pass any rude comments on to the hosting company.. Thanks, Joe

Is this affecting coupon codes? Trying to book a single ticket using a coupon and it's saying it's invalid?

HI Simon, no the issues I had with the website last week had nothing to do with coupons. The coupon should still be valid for nearly 2 more weeks. I'll contact you directly via email with specifics.
