Hill Running Interval Session Thursday 9 June - Cancelled

Hi all

Due to Corkagh Park not being available this week and with Hell of the West just around the corner we had originally scheduled a 'hill interval' run session this Thursday 9 June @ 18:30 on the green between Nutgrove Shopping Centre and the Nutgrove Fire station.

However with the club race in Westport this weekend and with circa 50 members' taking part it is best to avoid doing such a hard session so close to the club race / championship.

We expect to run this session next Thursday 16 June.

This Thursday's (23 June) session is a brick (bike and run) session meeting at the back of Marlay Park and will be led by Helen French. Helen will post further information up shortly, hope to see you there.
