August Bank Holiday, I'm doing the 160km Tour de Kilkenny on Saturday morning starting 9am from Kilkenny. It's a nice sportif, not too hilly passing through some lovely countryside and villages on the River Barrow and south Kilkenny. Good food too. I like it because it's done by Saturday afternoon, so your long weekend is then free to enjoy. Let me know if anyone else interested. tourdekilkenny.com/

I'm thinking of it. There are a few good hills on the 160k.. I might do a shorter one.

Joe and I are doing it but only the 70k I'm afraid as it's Joe's first time back on the bike since a foot injury. We mightn't even see you as we don't start until 11am so you'll be well underway. We're going to sign on Friday evening. We'll watch out for you and wear Belpark kit and maybe catch you at the finish.

Didn't realize the starts are 2h apart so might finish around the same time. Have fun!

You might be well finished. We'll definitely try to catch up with afterwards. It's a gorgeous evening down here now. Hope it's the same tomorrow!
