Brick Session, Marlay Park - Thursday 4th August

Hi All,

The next brick session will take place this Thursday 4th at 6:30pm.
The meeting point is the carpark at the back of Marlay Park (off college road).  The bike will be on the roads and hills (!) behind the park, with the run will be in the park itself.

Session details to follow.

Please post below if you plan on coming along so that I can gauge numbers.

It doesn't look like there's enough interest in the session this week so I'm afraid I'm going to have to cancel.

Hopefully you all get out and do some training anyway!
