Hi guys,
I've been out of action from the long spin's (and running) for a number of weeks now.
I suffered a bad injury to my right knee - a case of runner's knee and a slight tear in my patellar tendon with patellar tendonitis.
It's on the mend still but I'm pain free doing body weight leg exercises and stationary bike at the gym. The physio has me doing stretching and strengthening exercises but can't say for certain when I will be 100% or be back running.
Anyone experience this kind of injury before? If so, what did you do for rehab to get back to 100% and how long did it take?
I know I may not get a reply but just curious as we are all tri athletes here
