Hi guys, I'm a new in Tri, just registered to Belparktri. I'm planning to attend 70.3 in Mallorca next june, I'm looking for a 24 weeks plan, does any of you have one to share? I've heard that "Be iron Fit" by Don Fink is great, what do you think? What about "Triathlete training book" by Joe Friel? Many thanks for you lights. See you on the bike, into the water, or on the road...

I'd recommend this book "IronFit Secrets for Half Iron-Distance Triathlon Success: Time-Efficient Training For Triathlon's Most Popular Distance" which is also by Don Fink. It contains three different training plans based on the amount of time you have to train and your target race time. Good luck in Mallorca.

Hi Vincent, quick one on the Race itself, I did 70.3 Mallorca in 2014 and it was a scorcher of a day, my biggest problem was actually the heat, you might want to put some Sauna Sessions into the plan, saying that this Year it was rain all the way through was apparently pretty bad, so get mentally prepped for all types of Weather. Oh yeah and put in some hill sessions on the bike , that hill is short but crispgood luck with the Training and the race.
