I hope everyone’s training is going well. Races have started to go on sale and indeed sell out. There is no point in logging loads of winter training and paying loads on race entries if on race day you are injured. To best prevent that it is a good idea to do some strength and conditioning/injury prevention work. Belpark runs 2 classes on a Monday night for 1hr at 7.30pm and 8.30pm in Rathfarnham Clubhouse. These Pilates style classes are led by a qualified Physiotherapist focused specifically on triathlon and running with the class size kept small to ensure that everyone is doing the exercises correctly. The classes are suitable for all levels, from those doing their first sprint race to podium chasing Ironman triathletes.
The next bock is now on sale in the memberszone section of our website. For 10 weeks it is a bargain €60 (or approx. 1 visit to a Physio if you are injured!). So give yourself the best chance of reaching that start line by signing up today.
What you will need: comfortable cloths (shorts/leggings and top), yoga type mat, towel and bottle of water.
If you have any other question please post them here.
