My health insurance is up for renewal at start of Jan and just wondering if anyone has any advice on what plan/company provides the best coverage for physio & sporting related injuries?? I have had a lot of physio visits over the past few years!!
At the moment I am with One Plan Sport - which provides just 7 physio visits and there is an excess of 135 (I think). On the plus side it provides 100% cover for orthapedic surgery & mri (some of the next plans up with VHI only provide 80% cover), and cover for visits to Swiftcare clinic for sports injuries (which I have used every year!!), plus some free VO2 testing options.
I was thinking of keeping this plan (aprox 1000e) but adding Health Steps Golds (335e) which gives 35e back on 7 physio visits + 7 physical therapy visits - 14 in total with only 1 euro excess, (so if I use all 14 visits, 490 euro back). These combined plans give me cover for 21 visits per year to physio/physical therapists plus obviously range of other day to day medical expenses
So basically my question is does anyone know of another plan I should look at?
