Hi All, Tomorrow will see our first hill repeats session of the season. These are tough but great sessions for anyone that hasn't done them before. You also get some great views of Dublin The plan is as follows: We will meet at Taylor's Three Rock pub car park at 6.30 pm. One change from previous years will be that the session will now be based on time up and down rather than distance and will run as follows: 10 Min Warm up 9' z4 climb Roll to bottom' z1/2 (x5 times) 10' min cool down. This session is open to all levels so please let us know if you plan to attend and if you can't quite make the 6:30pm start that's ok, come along anyway and join in.

You can say that again! Great session, thanks Ian and Conal. I'd encourage everyone who can to attend the hill sessions. They are my favourite sessions of the year!

Thanks Conal and Ian, nice way to do the hills too, no fear of getting lost or getting dropped when it's done on times!
