May Bank Holiday Spin on the Dublin 70.3 Route
This Monday May 1st Ian Grehan will lead anyone interested on the flat countryside spin around the 70.3 route. The spin will start and finish in the Phoenix Park (about 70km loop). Perfect for those racing 70.3 Dublin or anyone just interested in the spin.
This spin coincides with a club social day and will be followed by coffee / breakfast in the Phoenix Park Visitor Centre at 11am. More details in the Social part of the forum.
Please post up if you intend to go.
Start Time: 8am Meeting Point: Papal Cross Car Park Distance: 70K Suitable for: Anyone comfortable on the Sunday Improver spins and above.

I wont be able to make this spin as in the final stages of recovering from a knee injury. I will stick to swimming on Monday and will hopefully see you in the visitor center afterwards.. Would definitely be up for a recce cycle at later date if others were up for it, especially as i'm not familiar with the route.
