Hi All
The hill repeat session scheduled for Tuesday meets at three rock pub at 6.30pm. if you cant make this time feel free to join late. Session is as follows
10min WU
6 X 6min repeats 1-3min Z4 4-6min Z5
Roll to bottom for recovery
10min WD
These are shorter efforts than normal but the second half of each interval is at a very hard effort
Please post below if you plan to attend
