Sunday Spin - 10th September

Hi all, 

This weeks Spin will leave rathfarnham clubhouse at 8am. 

I will be leading the group out and i will be doing an improver pace and distance so we will be aiming for about 60km and i will probably stick to a flattish route. Ideal for anyone recovering from port beach or for anyone easing up on volume ahead of lost sheep next Saturday 

Should there be any interest in an intermediate group please let me know below and i will see if i can source a leader

For everyone else please post below to let me know if you plan to attend so that i can gauge numbers.
