If the cold weather is upsetting you and getting in the way of your training don't fear we have a solution. We are making some extra spots available for the Belpark Warm Weather Camp to Lanzarote.
In particular, for those that are new to the sport or club please do not be put off it will give you a great induction and really bring you up a level.
There is a great crowd already going and it promises to be a load of fun. Also don't worry about not knowing anyone, we are a very welcoming bunch.
So if you are fed up with the lousy weather and need more Vitamin D come to Lanza in March for 10hrs of sun with an average of 20 degrees!

Who - This is targeted at everyone from Absolute Beginner to Intermediate level
When - 15 - 22 March
Where - Sunny Beach Club, Costa Teguisa
Main Coach - Tanja Slater, upandactive.com. There will be a second coach coming primarily so that we can split into different levels for the cycles - so there will be a level for everyone. There are approx coach 3 sessions per day (see outline plan below) - you can opt out of any session if you want (you won't want to)
Race in the sun: for those interested in racing a number of Belparkers have already signed up to www.tri122lanzarote.com/en/ at the end of the week. We can enter relay teams if people are also interested
Party: Saturday 21 March till late
Cost - approx €600 for coaching, swim lanes, Full breakfast (eat like a king), Full dinner (continue to eat like a king) and accommodation (twin sharing large apartment)
Flights - book your own - most are with Aer Lingus, some are travelling with Ryanair
Bikes - you can bring your own if there is still room on the plane or book one for the week for €120 (this is what all are doing so far, typically carbon Canyon)
Temperature: 20 degrees
