Hi all
Progressing on from the Hill Session, we are now moving training location to Papal Cross, Phoenix Park. Brick Session 1 will be based on the same course as the Belpark Duathlon Series. We will be meeting at 6:30 next Thursday, with the objective of starting at 6:45. Session Plan attachment: Belpark Brick Session 1 14th May.pdf (1001.08 KB)

Out of curiosity. Is it bad idea to do this before Carlow? Planning on coming anyway and just taking it handy.

I wouldn't say it's a bad idea Eoin, maybe do 1/2 or 1/3 of the session but maintain a good intensity. maybe two laps on the bike with some quick intervals or 'pick ups' in the middle and same for the run. It works for me when I'm tapering for a race to reduce volume but maintain intensity. Everyone is different though!
