Hi all
Can you advise if you intend to attend the Brick session in advance. With the Belpark Duathlon on Wednesday night. I am trying to gauge demand. Review of Transition Area. Athlete to setup bike in Transition. This session will focus on Mount and Dismount.
1. Run Route X 1 2. Cycle route X 2 3. Run route X 1
4. Cycle route X 2
The purpose of brick training is to develop transition skills and muscle memory. You should incorporate Brick training into your routine whenever possible. Why not try the following combo’s • Swim/Run • Bike/Run • Run/Bike/Run
