Hi all
Please see details of the planned Brick Session this Thursday. Lets hope the good weather continues...
All level of fitness are welcome.
Main Content: Duathlon Session. Review of Transition Area. Athlete to setup bike in Transition. 1. Run Route X 1 (2km) 2. Cycle route X 3 3. Run route X 1 (Duathlon Loop 2.7km))
The purpose of brick training is to develop transition skills and muscle memory. You should incorporate Brick training into your routine whenever possible. Why not try the following combo’s • Swim/Run • Bike/Run • Run/Bike/Run
This session can also be used as an alternative to the Saturday beginner session.
