Hi All, my wife is a certified (Japanese) yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance 200 hours), currently exploring the possibility of specialising in yoga for cyclists and yoga for triathletes. I would like to know if any of the Belpark members would be interested in such classes if they were on offer and what you guys would be willing to pay for these (1h - 1 x week). This is just to gauge interest (for the moment). If you think this could be an useful addition to your weekly training, for injury prevention, as well as core and leg strength and flexibility (i.e.free speed), let me know. You might not only help a Belpark member's wife to set up her own business in triathlon, but she might also give you guys a few sample lessons free of charge to test her programme! Regards Aaron

Hi Aaron. I'm a big yoga fan and have been doing it for year now. So I'm interested in principle but my time availability will depend how how it fits my kid's schedules really! I pay 70 per term for yoga at the moment. That's for 8 weeks of 1:15 hour sessions plus 1 Sunday afternoon per term. Sharon

I'm wondering how I have not found the free speed you mention though!

Hi Aaron,
I would be interested in that, it sounds great. Same as above - €9 - €12 a session is the going rate.
