Can't believe it but I won something that I can't use this year, it is a entry for the Dublin City Marathon, looks like it is transferable so anyone who wanted to do it and just had not gotten around to sign up feel free to post below this to claim it, payment is my usual which is: 1 Coffee
Entry is open until Thursday evening

What's your longest run to date? Take it easy as ramping up the distance quickly is a sure fire way of getting injured. But I have every faith in you. See you at the startline.

Ha ha, I'm aiming to be a Marathon survivor rather than winner. I aim for around 5-5.30 hours.

Fair play, Jeremy. Good luck! You can always walk some of it if necessary.
