Turbo session Thursday 15th Oct

Just  a reminder that our first turbo session will start this Thursday 15th Oct in the Educate Together School, Loreto Ave, (off Nutgrove Ave)

The session is 90 mins long, commencing at 6.45. Liam Dunne (our turbo coach) will be there from 6.30 to help people set up if needed. The session will comprise a 15 min warm-up so if people are a few mins late, they can come in and set up during the warm-up. 
There is parking available at the school and the session takes place in the School itself. 
Enter the door at the straight ahead of the main gate entrance (approx 300-400m from the gate). This door has a key code entry but we will keep the door open to ensure all can access on the night. 
Liam advised all to bring heart rate monitor, towel, water etc. The room is well ventilated but most people would wear short sleeve top and shorts for the session as it can get quite warm, depending on how hard you are working!

Try wiggle or chain reaction for one. Have you a garmin watch or an existing cycle computer?? If you had a garmin watch then you only need a cadence sensor and attach it. Then it would pair
