Hello, I remember hearing that a number of Belparkers took part in the Titanic tri Belfast last year I'm thinking to do it this year (easy to get to when you don't have a car!). Any advice or feedback on the race? Anyone else is considering it? Alex

Hi Alex, just my two cents on this one Swim was really nice but the exit was up a steep ramp and you had to use a rope to get out (mah hands!) The cycle is two laps on flat road, run 4 laps around the city centre Good race if you want a nice PB for oly tri. Would I do it again? Possibly on a dry day

Hi Alex, great, flat, fast well organised race. Weather made it miserable last year but, like Hana said, if the weather was better it would be a super race. But worth noting that last year it was a very early start...8am maybe!

I did it last year and the year before. I like the 4 lap run course in the city centre. The cycle has a few annoying speed ramps but it's grand. The marshaling was bad in 2014 and a few people missed heading out on the 2nd lap of the cycle for the Olympic. I knew where to go last year so didn't notice as much. It wasn't clear at all where to go in 2014. The early start is the only thing that puts me off doing it this year. You really need to go the night before unless you want to get up at 430 am. (Mark Cannon did that both years!) I just don't fancy another overnight in Belfast this year.

Didn't know about the speed ramps. Thanks Helen!
