We have 3 PAYG 'Space and turbo' sessions free for this Thursday's Turbo sessions (€6) and lots of PAYG 'Space only' (€4). Post here if you want to book a PAYG slot. Session coached by Liam Dunne.





Class time 6.45-8.15pm in Educate Together school, off Nutgrove Ave


Warm up takes approx 15 mins so latecomers can come in during the warm-up.
