Hi All We are going to bring this session forward to Thursday 31st March. This will allow at least 4 sessions on the Hills, before moving to the Phoenix Park for the Belpark race series reci scheduled for Thursday 28th May.
I'm attaching a training plan for reference. These session are open to all levels of ability and fitness. These session start and end in the same location. This allows you to complete as many reps as you can within the time allocation. This keeps it social and fun.
Session start time is 6:30. If you late, it is fine. Simply meet at Taylors Pub car park, Kellystown Rd to join in.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
