Hi all Following on from last week. Please see proposed training plan for this Thursday 7th April. Meeting point is Taylor Pub car park at the bottom of the Kellystown Road. Start time 6:30pm.
This session is for all levels of ability and fitness. The key to these session is regular attendance.

TT bikes are fine Kathleen, might make them a little bit more challenging.
Anne - Welcome to the club and yes you are more than welcome to join this session, these are tailored towards all levels of ability and fitness.
