Hi all The second summer brick session takes place in Corkagh Park (on the cycle track) this Thursday 26 May at 18:30. The session will be lead by yours truly and outline plan is attached. The focus will be on some hard bike efforts - with quick transitions to the run. A short sharp session. This session is open to all members' regardless of ability level. Can you please comment below if you are planning to attend. Always useful to get an idea of numbers. Hope to see you there. Thanks Tim Corkagh Brick Session May 26 2016.pdf (8.28 KB)

Ciaran, I am cycling from city center also. Is there somewhere convenient to meet? Say 5:30?
