Intermediate Spin Sunday 5th June 8AM START

Based on the forum poll, we still commence Intermediate Spins at 8am from this Sunday. This is the start of official spin but if members want to do an earlier hour, please post up here to see who else is around.

I will lead the spin starting at 8am (not 7am!). 


Route for this week will be Saggart/Newcastle/Celbridge/Naas/Kilteel/Saggart . This route is c 85km with options for shorter distance. 
Please post up if you plan to come out for 7 or 8am.
