Dear all, there will be a beginners spin in the morning leaving the clubhouse at 9am. Spin will be led by myself declan bagnall.
Nothing too hectic. About a 2 hour spin. Route will be decided in the morning. Post up if you plan to come along.

Good stuff Marcus. fyi while a beginners route the pace was a few steps up, so dont worry about the recovery required.

Nice one Marcus. Did great for the first time using clip ins. Can't believe you didn't topple over at any stage!!
