The mixed team relay Championships are on in Belvedere House tomorrow (Saturday 09.07.2016) at 15:00.
Unfortunately one of our female members have had to drop out due to illness. We need a female to take her place. Ability is not particularly important - if we can't fill the space three people can't race so don't be shy in coming forward. It's going to be a really fun race regardless.
The format is that each member of each team (made up of two males and two females) each do a super sprint tri - 250m swim, 5km bike and 1500m run.
