Hi All,
The next Belpark beginners spin will leave Rathfarnham Club House at 9:00am this Saturday, 16th July. Sharon Meyler be leading the spin this week.
Some information on the spin if you are new to the club:
This is an approx 2-3hr easy bike spin suitable for those new to triathlon. You must have previously completed at least 30km or a 1hr solo/group spin. Bring road bike, helmet, snack, drink, money, phone, spare tube and pump.
Please have a read (or re-read) of the Rules for Belpark Spins before attending spin too, just to make sure every is aware of cycling etiquette for group spins. If you have any queries or comments re any of the terminology/rules, please just post below too.

Please note that mudguards are mandatory in damp and wet weather as a courtesy to your fellow riders; please make sure to have proper mudguards that cover your full back wheel.

I won't be there. I'll be putting into practice all that drafting practice., 80km descent runs, 50kmph hill climbs and wheel bumping I've learned in my first tri attempt in Lanesboro.
