As many of you know our club championships will be held this year in Westport on the 17th of June. It’s always a great weekend and similar to last year we have reserved rooms in the Westport Coast Hotel on the 16th and 17th June which includes 2 nights bed and breakfast and 1 dinner (7-7:30 on the Saturday). Price for the 2 nights and dinner in the hotel is €170 per person for a twin room sharing or €230 per person for a single room. People can of course attend dinner if they are not staying in the hotel but must also call the hotel to reserve and pay for it on the night.
We have also liaised with Westport Triathlon club who are going to reserve a number of entries for us. The link for booking entries will be on the website www.belparktri.ie and should be up this evening (1st feb).
Slight change from last year in that we are asking members to call the hotel and make booking directly. Details needed are
• Westport Coast Hotel – number is 00353 98 55088 or email yourgroup@westporthotelgroup.ie. This includes if your planning on staying at the hotel or just coming to dinner.
• You’ll need to Quote the Belpark group number which is 143685 and state whether your booking a twin or single room
• In the case of a twin room you’ll need to know who you are sharing with so the hotel can allocate. If you don’t have anyone to share with please email me at social@belparktri.ie and I’ll try to coordinate.
• Inform the hotel of any special requirements such as kids joining you (I believe there is a small supplement) or special diet requirements.
• Currently we have 18 twin rooms and 12 single rooms reserved but this is only for a period of time before they are released back to the general public so the earlier you book the better.
