Hi All,
Tomorrows session is a hill repeat session. These are great sessions for people of all abilities
The plan is as follows: We will meet at Taylor's Three Rock pub car park at 6.30pm. The session is based on time up and down rather than distance and will run as follows
10 Min Warm up
8' z4 climb Roll to bottom' z1/2 (x6 times)
10' min cool down.
It's a slight increase in work load compared to the last session
This session is open to all levels so please let us know if you plan to attend and if you can't quite make the 6:30pm start that's ok, come along anyway and join in.
