If you have had a chance to review June's training plans you will see that we will have 3 Tuesday night official sessions across the plan
30th May - hill repeats 13th June - brick session 27th June - Hill repeats
The plan for this coming Tuesday 30th May is as follows:
We will meet at Taylor's Three Rock pub car park at 6.30pm. The session is based on time up and down rather than distance and will run as follows
10 Min Warm up
9' z4 climb Roll to bottom' z1/2 (x6 times)
10' min cool down.
It's a slight increase in work load compared to the last session but you can scale the session to suit your needs
This session is open to all levels so please let us know if you plan to attend and if you can't quite make the 6:30pm start that's ok, come along anyway and join in.
