Hi Mark,
I definitely need a Hubb Aerius 3.5 wetsuit but your size is too small. I would probably need a Large size.
Do you know where I can buy Hubb Tri suits in Dublin?

Nigel - have a look at www.sportpursuit.com/catalog/product/view/id/780378Sizing chart is on the website and then you could decide about . If the size isn't right, then SportPursuit might be an option. I bought a Huub from them a few weeks ago and am very pleased with it. I couldn't find a better price for a new suit at the time. SportPursuit ship from the UK and if you use Parcel Motel you can get it shipped to their UK point and save on shipping costs. Mine looked like a genuinely new suit. It may be from 2016 or 2015 stock, but it definitely wasn't repaired. If you have any doubts about the sizing, you can always contact Huub themselves at online@huubdesign.com They told me that "Our suits are meant to fit like a second skin and do take some time to fit them correctly." I have found this to be the case. It fits like you're vacuum-packed into the suit! The other thing you need to consider is whether your swimming stroke is efficient and you should go for the balanced 4:4 version www.sportpursuit.com/catalog/product/view/id/780387or the buoyant 3:5 version. There are other, far more experienced Belpark members who wear Huub suits and they might be able to give you a better steer. Congratulations on your recent Triathlon results. Andrew.

Nigel, I bought mine on Sport Pursuit. Only drawback is that the suit was delivered when the current offer ended which took 4-5 weeks. I was away on holidays when it got delivered so I didn't try it on straight away and I ended up missing the 2 week returns window.

Hi Andrew and Mark,
Hi Guys, many thanks for your helpful replies above.
I ordered my Hubb Aerius 3:5 website and it arrived last Saturday morning,30 minutes AFTER I left the house on my way up to Port Beach.
Andrew, what size did you get because I tried on my size M/L suit and I think it's much too tight. I'm 6ft tall and 85kg weight and the HUUB sizing chart said M/L was my size but I think their sizing chart is a joke! I might return the suit or give it to my son and order a bigger size!

Nigel I think you are about the same size as John who you were talking with when we met on the way into transition at Pulse last weekend. He wears an ML and it is a perfect fit.
The tight fit should mean no water flow through the suit or water pooling at your back etc. Stick with the suit and try it on a few times at home. It does relax a little with a few wears.
As I said on my previous post, it does feel like you are vacuum-packed into it! Especially if you are used to a surfing-type suit which I think you are. I think that the thinness of the neoprene has a lot to do with it.
There are a few videos on the Huub website and YouTube about putting them on as there's a bit of technique to it.
I'm only getting used to mine and it takes a while to get into the Huub fit. If you intend swimming at Seapoint over the next few weeks and are still struggling with the fit text me at 087 2514802 and I will see if I can help out.
Perhaps some othe Belpark Huub-wearer might pitch in with their experiences.
